well, i mean not to be rude but all your graphics look the same. i think if they were more exciting and you actually had icons that say new and old so you know when there are new and old posts it would be better aswell. plus you need to come up with a name for the forum cause Hilary Duff Forum just ain't working.

I think she means a new site name. :] And you need affiliates, like linking buttons. :] And, you always have to be online and stuff... I don't know but thats what I do for my site.. lol.

zoomshare.com has a great chat system if you need help i can make it for you
also maybe a tagboard on the forum (here)
and affiliates would be a good idea
maybe promote on sites that allow promotion like in their tagbox
